A former pupil of the Diekirch Hotel School, Dave Giannandrea is very familiar with gastronomy in Luxembourg. For 20 years he worked for the Horesca, the national federation of hoteliers, restaurateurs and coffee makers in the Grand Duchy, where he deals among other things with marketing and communication. Parts of his main responsibility is writing the news magazine HORESCA for members but also following the Facebook and Instagram accounts of the federation.
